Recruits new
students to the University; involved with all phases of a
comprehensive admissions program with a special emphasis on
recruitment of multicultural students; visits high schools
and community colleges in targeted areas; participates in
national, regional and local college fairs; interviews,
counsels and advises prospective freshman and transfer
students, parents and counselors; acts on admission files;
plans, coordinates, and participates in various recruitment
activities, including community agencies; and performs
various operational duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of experience in
admissions or related collegiate area required. Candidates
must demonstrate good communication skills and be able to
interact effectively with students, parents, and counselors
and work within a team environment. Demonstrated familiarity
with the University of Northern Iowa preferred. Travel is
required. Student experience will be considered.

staff; maintains computerized patient health information
data and related data retrieval systems; responds to
requests from a wide variety of public and private entities
or individuals; and serves as a member of the health clinic
leadership team. Bachelor's degree plus at least two years
of experience in health care finance or medical coding
required. A minimum of one year supervisory experience with
strong oral and written communication skills required.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software
applications and the ability to work independently, problem
solve and implement solutions are also required. A minimum
of one year experience administering health care plans in a
