REGINALD SYKES has been appointed president of Bishop State Community College in Mobile, Alabama. He was interim president of the college since February 2016 and previously served as president of Alabama Southern Community College. Sykes earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Jackson State University and an Ed.D. from Mississippi State University.
