Sheilah PaulSHEILAH M. PAUL has been named founding dean of the School of Education at Medgar Evers College (MEC). She was previously acting dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Education and former chair of the department of education at MEC. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and three master’s degrees and a Ph.D. from Columbia University.
