HOUSSAM-TOUTANJIHOUSSAM TOUTANJI has been named dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University, effective July 1. He was a professor and chair of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The University of Alabama at Huntsville. Toutanji earned a bachelor’s and a master’s from Northeastern University and a doctorate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
