Saint Augustine and Halifax Community College Announce Partnership

Saint Augustine’s University (SAU) and Halifax Community College (HCC) announced today that they will be starting a new partnership. Students who receive their Associates degree from HCC and then admitted to SAU will go in with a junior class status.

The agreement will allow graduates of HCC with a GPA of at least a 2.0 to be admitted to SAU with the junior status contingent on all other conditions for admission are met.

According to President Ward, “For 149 years, Saint Augustine’s has produced exceptional scholars and leaders throughout the world. Today’s agreement embodies our commitment to working collaboratively to ensure that access to quality education is available for a new generation of scholars.”
