  1. What is a webinar?
    An interactive presentation conducted via the Internet and hosted by industry experts covering industry hot topics, best practices, and specials interests. These online programs provide convenient, affordable professional development without taking time away from the office!
  2. What equipment do I need in order to participate in the webinar?
    You should have a computer with a high-speed internet connection to view the visuals/video and functioning computer speakers to listen to the meeting.
  3. How can I be sure that my computer is compatible with the online meeting technology?
    Before the online meeting begins, you should test the computer you plan to use. (Once you have tested your computer, it is not necessary to do so again if you plan to use the same computer to log into all future meetings.)

To test your computer go to www.ec.commpartners.com and click on the “Browser Test.” You should see a congratulations message and hear a pre-recorded audio message. If your browser does not pass this test, go to www.flash.com to download the required Adobe Flash software. Once at the site, go to the “Downloads” menu at the top and choose “Get Flash Player.”

  • What if I miss the webinar?
    Each webinar is recorded. If you are registered and become unavailable for the live webinar, you will be able to view the archived within 3-5 business days.

  • How can I get technical support?
    You may receive technical support via email or telephone. For assistance via email, send a message to the follow address: [email protected]. For assistance via telephone from a live support person, call 1-800-274-9390, tell the representative you are attending a Diverse event.

    Cancellation Policy

    You must cancel at least 72 hours before the start of the webinar to receive a refund. Cancellations or non-participation within 72 hours of the webinar will forfeit the registration fee. This includes non-participation due to registrant scheduling conflicts, failure to test the computer connection prior to the webinar or other technical difficulties not in the control of Diverse or its web vendor.

    Diverse will provide registered non-participants with access to the online archived presentation when it is available after the webinar, which is typically three to five business days. You will receive email notification when it is ready for viewing.
