Tennis player Andrei Duarte from Georgia State University is pursuing a dual degree in business economics and entrepreneurship and has repeatedly appeared on the dean’s list. On the court, he earned 2021 All-Conference Doubles First Team honors. He prioritizes serving
disadvantaged people in the community; in the early days of the pandemic, he led a food pantry for the city of Atlanta through Passion City Church, which provided groceries for over 3,000 families. He was also at the forefront of an on-campus march against racial injustice and encouraged and supported Black student-athletes as they shared their experiences.
