MARY WAY BOLT has been named president of Cecil College in Maryland. She was interim president of Cecil College. Bolt received an associate degree from Cecil College and a bachelor’s and a master’s from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She earned a doctorate from Widener University.

MILTON OVERTON has been appointed director of intercollegiate athletics at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. He was senior associate athletics director at the University of Alabama. Overton earned a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma.

JOWEL LAGUERRE has been appointed chancellor of Peralta Community College District in California. He was superintendent and president of Solano Community College District. Laguerre earned a bachelor’s from L’Université d’Etat d’Haiti: Ecole Normale Supérieure in Haiti, and master’s degrees and a doctorate from the University of Kansas.
