A proposed rule by the Trump administration would prohibit health centers that rely on Title X federal funding for family planning services from providing women with information about abortion services.
The Trump administration is, once again, going after Planned Parenthood but this rule change is bigger than Planned Parenthood. There are 95 Title X health care providers in Illinois, Planned Parenthood makes up 18 percent of them yet sees 42 percent of the patients.
