In his State of the Union address, President Trump seemed to attempt to declare victory in the Republican effort to eliminate Obamacare, stating that “we repealed the core” of it.
But the Affordable Care Act, the law’s expansion of Medicaid benefits for the poor and subsidized private individual coverage known as Obamacare are still covering millions of Americans.
