Two Charlottesville residents are suing President Donald Trump, alleging sabotage of the Affordable Care Act that sent their health insurance premiums skyrocketing.
Steve Vondra and Bonnie Morgan, who are married, joined the cities of Baltimore, Chicago, Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, in a federal lawsuit filed Thursday.
