Diversity Advocate Receives Accolade

Edie Fraser, chair of the Diversity Executive Search Practice and managing director of the Diversified Search Firm Ray & Berndtson, has been awarded the Lou Campanelli Award for small business leadership by The SCORE Foundation. Her support of diversity and women in the workplace spans more than four decades, and she has helped over 200 corporations and 100 CEOs recruit and retain minority and female workers.

Fraser previously worked as a SCORE volunteer and now serves as a board member. The Lou Campanelli Award recognizes outstanding individual volunteerism, leadership, vision and philanthropy in support of small business and entrepreneurship.
