NJ college costs up, but not as much as usual

The cost of going to a public 4-year college or university in New Jersey is rising less than usual.  Tuition and fees at the state’s 10 public colleges will be up between 2.8 percent and 5.7 percent this fall, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported. Costs range from under $9,000 at New Jersey City University to nearly $13,000 at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
