LINDA-ROSE LINDA D. ROSE has been named president of Santa Ana College, effective July 18. She was president of Los Angeles Southwest College. Rose earned an associate from West Los Angeles Community College; a bachelor’s and a master’s from California State University, Dominguez Hills; and a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
