PATRICIA PIERCE RAMSEY

PATRICIA PIERCE RAMSEY has been appointed provost and vice president of academic affairs at Lincoln University, effective July 1. She is a professor and chair of the Department of Natural Sciences at Bowie State University. Ramsey earned a bachelor’s from Norfolk State University, a master’s from Howard University, a master’s from Harvard University and a doctorate from Georgetown University.
