Justin Schwartz JUSTIN SCHWARTZ has been appointed dean of Harold and Inge Marcus Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering in the College of Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. He received a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign and a Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
