CATHY YOUNG has been appointed executive director of Boston Conservatory at Berklee, effective August 1. She is currently the dean of dance at the Conservatory. Young has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Master of Fine Arts in dance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
