SUSAN MOFFITT has been appointed director of the A. Alfred Taubman Center for American Politics and Policy at Brown University. She is also an associate professor of political science and international and public affairs at the university. Moffitt earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
