THEODORA SIROTA has been appointed chair of the Department of Nursing at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ). She previously served as a professor and director of the Department of Nursing at Caldwell University. Sirota earned a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from New York University.
