DAMIEN M. WILLIAMS has been named vice chancellor for institutional advancement at Fayetteville State University. He previously was assistant vice president for advancement at Regis University. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Northeastern State University and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Oklahoma in Norman.
