Jane Milley JANE E. MILLEY has been named interim president of West Virginia University at Parkersburg. She previously served as interim senior vice president for academic affairs at the university. Milley earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University, a master’s degree from Columbia University and a Ph.D. from Syracuse University in New York.
