QUINCY A. ROSE

QUINCY A. ROSE has been appointed dean of the College of Education at Harris-Stowe State University. She previously served as department head and associate professor of curriculum and instruction at Grambling State University. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Delaware State University. She has a doctorate from Wilmington University.
