FELECIA MCINNIS NAVE has been named provost and vice chancellor for Academic Affairs at North Carolina Central University, effective June 1. Nave previously served as the director for faculty development and engagement at Prairie View A&M University. She holds a master’s degree and doctorate from the University of Toledo.
