James Johnson JrJAMES H. JOHNSON JR. was named interim president of the Baltimore City Community College. Johnson previously served as a visiting professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Morgan State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University, a master’s degree from the University of Illinois and a doctorate from the University of Delaware.
