Felicia Mcginity FELICIA MCGINTY was named executive vice chancellor of administration and planning at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, effective August 1. She previously served as the vice chancellor for student affairs. Mc-Ginty earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from Northern Arizona University.
