MANDRAKE MILLER has been named vice president for student success and engagement at Edward Waters College. Most recently, Miller was the dean of students at Tuskegee University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Morris College, a master’s in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University and is completing a doctorate of education in organizational leadership from GCU.
