TIMOTHY G. LYNCH has been appointed interim president of Queensborough Community College. He previously served as provost and senior vice president for academic aff airs at the college. Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and a Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate School and University Center.
