Timothy Lynch TIMOTHY G. LYNCH has been appointed interim president of Queensborough Community College. He previously served as provost and senior vice president for academic aff airs at the college. Lynch earned a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and a Ph.D. from the CUNY Graduate School and University Center.
