MICHAEL STEELE has been named faculty fellow at the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University. He previously served as chair of the Republican National Committee. Steele received a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.
