DEBORAH WATKINS BRUNER was selected as the senior vice president of research at Emory University. She currently serves as the Robert W. Woodruff Professor and chair in nursing and assistant dean for faculty mentoring at Emory’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Bruner received a Ph.D. in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.
