Carolyn Williamson CAROLYN WILLIAMSON was appointed interim dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at University of Cape Town in South Africa. Currently, she serves as the head of the university’s Division of Medical Virology and professor in the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences. Williamson received her bachelors of science, bachelors of science honours and Ph.D. degrees all from the University of Cape Town.
