SYLVESTE Sylvester Williams R WILLIAMS has been named dean of the College of Business and Management at East Stroudsburg University. Prior to his new role, he served as co-director of the interdisciplinary center for data analytics and associate professor and chair of the department of business at Elizabethtown College. Williams received a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and an MBA and J.D. from Wake Forest University.
