Arthur OchoaARTHUR J. OCHOA has been named the first Latino chair of the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science Board of Trustees. Ochoa received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California with cum laude honors and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
