ELLEN NEUFELDT has been appointed president of California State University, San Marcos. She currently serves as the founding vice president for student engagement and enrollment services at Old Dominion University. Neufeldt earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Tennessee Technological University and an Ed.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
