Deondra Rose DEONDRA ROSE has been named director of research for the Center on Political Leadership, Innovation and Service at Duke University. She previously served as assistant professor of public policy and political science at the university. Rose earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from Cornell University.
