ENOBONG “ANNA” BRANCH has been appointed vice chancellor for diversity, inclusion and community engagement and professor in the Department of Sociology at Rutgers University—New Brunswick, effective August 2019. Branch earned a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a Ph.D. from the University at Albany, SUNY.
