ROBIN L. HUGHES has been named dean of the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Education, Health and Human Behavior, effective August 1. She currently serves as professor of higher education and student affairs and professor of urban education at Indiana University School of Education, Indianapolis. Hughes earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
