ÁNGEL CABRERA has been appointed president of Georgia Institute of Technology, effective September 15. He currently serves as president of George Mason University. Cabrera earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Universidad Politécnica of Madrid and a master’s degree and Ph.D. from Georgia Tech.
