DESMOND U. PATTON

Desmond PattonDESMOND U. PATTON has been named associate dean for curriculum innovation and academic affairs at Columbia University. He is currently an associate professor in Columbia’s School of Social Work. Patton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he majored in anthropology and political science. He holds a master of social work degree from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in social services administration from the
University of Chicago.
