PAMELA FRY has been named president of Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. She most recently has served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at the OSU-Tulsa. Fry is the third person and first female to lead OSU-Tulsa since it was founded in 1999. Fry holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Oklahoma, a master’s degree from Oklahoma State University in applied behavioral studies and a doctorate from Oklahoma State in curriculum and supervision.
