NARKETTA SPARKMAN-KEY has been named director of faculty diversity and retention in academic affairs at Old Dominion University. She previously served as human services program director at Old Dominion. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Madonna University, a master’s degree in liberal studies and interdisciplinary studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a doctorate in human services from Capella University.
