CYNTHIA LIGHTFOOT has been appointed interim chancellor of Penn State Brandywine. She currently serves the institution as director of academic affairs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a master’s in psychology from the University of British Columbia and a doctorate in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
