Noran Moffett NORAN L. MOFFETT has been named vice chair of the Council for Accreditation of Education Preparation. He is currently pro-fessor of education at Fayetteville State Uni-versity in North Carolina. Moffett earned a bachelor’s degree and Ed.D. from Clark Atlanta University and a master’s degree from Fayetteville State University.
