Patricia Perillo PATRICIA “PATTY” A. PERILLO has been named vice president for student affairs at the University of Maryland, effective January 2020. She currently serves as vice president for student affairs and assistant professor of higher education at Virginia Tech. Perillo earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
