SHERIA D. ROWE has been appointed assistant dean of the School of Business, Management and Technology at St. Augustine’s University (SAU) in North Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from SAU, a master’s degree in information science from North Carolina Central University and a doctoral degree in business administration from Argosy University.
