LAWRENCE MCNEIL has been named dean at Bowie State University’s College of Business. He currently oversees the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at Prairie View A&M University. He holds a bachelor’s in history from Morgan State University, a master’s in international economics from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in economics from Howard University.
