CHRISTINE MILLER DIVINE has been named chief information officer and vice president of information technology at Georgia Gwinnett College. Divine currently serves as vice president for information technology and chief information officer at California State University in Sacramento. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s degree in instructional technology and a Ph.D. in higher education from the University of Georgia.
