Heather Parker HEATHER R. PARKER has been named dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Saint Leo University (SLU) after serving in the role on an interim basis since November 2018. A professor of history at SLU, Parker holds a bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. in history from the University of California, Los Angeles.
