Marcia Conston MARCIA CONSTON has been named president of Tidewater Community College (TCC). Currently vice president for enrollment and student success services at Central Piedmont Community College, Conston holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Jackson State University; a master’s from Hood Theological Seminary; and a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi.
