SHANTAY BOLTON

SHANTAY BOLTON has been named deputy chief operating officer at Tulane University in New Orleans. Currently vice president of human resources, Bolton holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Alabama A&M University, an M.B.A. in corporate business from Florida International University and a Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Walden University.
