MARCIA WHITE has been named interim president of the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York. A Board of Trustees member for 18 years and previously president of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, White is a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, the College of Saint Rose and the University of Albany.
